The five options
The Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie is a club in the Palm Grove. Reviews praise the staff and the entertainment team; criticism concerns the Wi-Fi, the distance and, for some, a pool too small for the number of guests. A free shuttle links to the centre.
The Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only is adults only, with two pools (one heated, seasonally), three restaurants and a spa. Travellers mention an extra charge for the spa pool and regret the distance from town.
The Iberostar Waves Club Palmeraie Marrakech is liked for its staff, food and pools; the weak points cited are a repetitive buffet, a noisy restaurant at peak times and limited shuttle seats: book the shuttle on arrival.
The Kenzi Club Agdal Medina is in Agdal, closer to town, with two pools, two tennis courts, a kids club and evening entertainment.
The Riu Tikida Palmeraie, on Route de Fès, is an all-inclusive club where families mention entertainment from a young age; its Booking score was lower than the other options when we searched.
What "all inclusive" really covers
Plans differ: buffet meals and themed restaurants, local drinks, sometimes only certain brands. Ask what is excluded (premium drinks, spa, excursions, pool towels, à la carte restaurants). Hotels of this type serve alcohol in their own areas, but alcohol is regulated elsewhere in Marrakech: see alcohol in Marrakech.
Who it suits, who it does not
- Families with children: kids club, pools and easy meals, but compare with a riad or hotel for families.
- Couples without children: the adults-only plan is calm, but far from the medina.
- Medina visitors: the daily trip weighs; a central stay remains better (riad or hotel).
- Excursions: from the Palm Grove, leave early for the Atlas or Essaouira (see excursions from Marrakech).
Booking smartly
Compare the same nights with and without all-inclusive: à la carte, a sightseeing stay can cost less. Check the cancellation policy, the shuttle and its timetable. For other kinds of stay, see where to stay in Marrakech and the Palm Grove.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an all-inclusive in the medina? Not to our knowledge among the options on this page: they are in the Palm Grove or Agdal.
Is the shuttle free? Reviews mention a free shuttle for several properties, but with limited seats: confirm it.
How much is a night? The "from" rates seen on Booking run from about 200 to over 350 USD for two, depending on the season: check them.
