The itinerary day by day
- Day 1: Marrakech. Arrival, Jemaa el-Fna at the end of the day, night in the medina.
- Days 2 to 4: Atlas and Merzouga. The tour crosses the Tizi n'Tichka pass and visits Aït Ben Haddou, then the gorges, a camel ride and a night in camp, returning on day three. Details and pitfalls in our Merzouga comparison.

Good to know before you go
- Distances. A 10-day loop is mostly road: not ideal with young children.
- Season. March to May and September to November are the most pleasant; in summer the desert is very hot (see best time to visit).
