The private transfer links Marrakech to Ouarzazate along the N9 and the Tizi n'Tichka pass, at 2,260 metres. The road is narrow and winding, shared with lorries: a local driver knows it, and you can watch the scenery. From December to March, snow or ice can slow or close the pass; ask your driver the day before. It is the right option if you are continuing to the desert, for example with Merzouga from Marrakech.
