Museum only, or the combo?

The Yves Saint Laurent Museum shows about fifty outfits in its permanent gallery plus temporary exhibitions: allow 1 to 1.5 hours. If you only come for fashion, the museum ticket is enough. The combo adds the Jardin Majorelle and the Pierre Bergé Museum of Berber Arts, a few metres away, and pays off as soon as you also plan the garden. The museum's history, brick façade and collections are in the Yves Saint Laurent Museum page; the garden has its own, Jardin Majorelle.

First: the official box office

Tickets for the garden and the museums are booked online for a date and a time slot, with no ticket window. It is the price reference: a reseller usually adds a margin. Our guide to monument tickets and opening hours explains what is valid and what is not. We could not check how each reseller obtains its tickets: read the whole listing, how the ticket is delivered and the cancellation terms.

The three offers

Garden, YSL museum and Berber Museum (€49.90). The closest thing to the official combo. The ticket arrives by email with a QR code and the visit starts at the Jardin Majorelle at the time shown. See the offer.

Garden, museums and audio guide. Same scope with an audio guide app: download it before going in (no connection on site) and bring headphones. One traveller says the audio guide did not work for them. See the offer.

Garden entry ticket. It does not include the YSL museum: take it only if you skip the museums. To compare the garden-focused offers (carriage ride, audio guide), see Jardin Majorelle: tickets and tours, which offer?. See the offer.

Hours and planning

  • Museum hours: 10:00 to 18:00, last entry 17:30, closed on Wednesdays (seen in October 2026).
  • The garden opens earlier (08:00): visit it first, then the museum from 10:00.
  • The time slot is the one on your ticket: mornings sell out fast in high season.
  • A closed gallery? One listing reported the temporary closure of the main exhibition room; check the current status before booking.
  • Getting there: rue Yves Saint Laurent, in Guéliz; nearby, see what you can do on foot.
