Al Mazar Mall: opening hours, shops and how to get there

Updated on October 8, 2026

Al Mazar Mall is a large shopping centre in Marrakech, opened in April 2010 in the Aguedal tourist zone. According to the Moroccan press at the time, it has about 40,000 m² of retail space on three levels, more than 100 Moroccan and international brands, a Carrefour hypermarket and an underground car park with 1,200 spaces on two levels. It is not a sight to visit: it is a practical address for shopping at fixed prices, finding clothes or everyday items, and cooling off.

Tips

Entry is free. Shop hours vary from one brand to another and change during Ramadan and public holidays: check before you go, as we could not confirm them on an official site for the centre. The mall is useful for stop-gap purchases (sun cream, light clothes, chargers, supermarket goods); for crafts, choose the souks and the Souk Cherifia. Another big centre in the city is Menara Mall. How to get there
