Menara Mall is a shopping centre in the Hivernage district, on Avenue Mohammed VI, opened in June 2015. It spreads over five levels, basement included, for about 50,000 m², with more than 90 fashion and home stores, restaurants and cafés, a Carrefour (hypermarket and Carrefour Market) and, on the top level, Kidzo, an indoor leisure park for children. It is linked to the Savoy Le Grand hotel. It is not a sight to visit, but a practical address for shopping, an air-conditioned lunch or keeping children busy when heat or rain makes the souks hard going.
Highlights

A modern shopping centre in the Hivernage
Menara Mall stands on Avenue Mohammed VI, the road that also has the Palais des Congrès and the Théâtre Royal. It has international fashion chains, accessory and home-decor shops, restaurants and a supermarket in the basement and on the ground floor. Prices are those of fixed-price shops, with no haggling.
Practical info
Tips
Sources consulted in October 2026 give shop opening hours of about 10 am to 10 pm every day, with restaurants and entertainment open later: check before you go, especially during Ramadan and public holidays, when hours change. Entry is free. Kidzo is paid and tickets are bought on site or online; check the attractions and prices before taking children. The centre is handy for essentials (water, sunscreen, light clothes, SIM cards) at fixed prices; for crafts, the medina souks and the Souk Cherifia offer a far more typical choice. How to get there
Avenue Mohammed VI, Hivernage, about 2 km west of Jemaa el-Fna square. Taxi: ask for "Menara Mall"; a petit taxi from the medina takes about ten minutes outside rush hour, and it is easy to find one at the entrance for the return. On foot: allow 25 to 30 minutes from the railway station along Avenue Mohammed VI, or about half an hour's walk from Gueliz. The centre is close to the Palais des Congrès and to the Hivernage. By car: car park on site.
