Weather in Marrakech in April: warm without excess

Crowds, prices and school holidays
April remains spring high season. The 2027 French holidays are as follows: zone C from Saturday 3 to Monday 19 April, zone A from Saturday 10 to Monday 26 April, zone B from Saturday 17 April to Monday 3 May. Easter falls on 28 March, Easter Monday on 29 March. Riads book early and prices are higher than in winter. April 2027 events
There is no national public holiday in April. The Hassan II Grand Prix, an ATP men's tournament at the Royal Tennis Club of Marrakech, is usually played at the end of March or the start of April; its 2027 dates have not been published. The Rallye Aicha des Gazelles finishes in Essaouira on 3 April 2027, without passing through Marrakech. All the events in the yearly calendar are listed in our dedicated guide.
